# End User License Agreement

This End User License Agreement is a legal agreement between the licensee (you), and me (Jason Santa Maria Design).

With your purchase, you are granted a perpetual, non-exclusive license to use the fonts.

## By downloading or purchasing fonts from Jason Santa Maria Design, you agree to the following terms:

1. Usage
Install the fonts on up to 3 computers.

2. For commercial use    
Commercial use permitted for a company size up to 5 employees.
    
3. For use on a website
Website use permitted for 1 website with up to 100k monthly pageviews.
    
4. For use in an app
App use permitted for 1 app with up to 10k downloads.
    
5. Don’t distribute the fonts
Use the fonts on your devices, but don't embed or share them anywhere.

6. Don’t modify the fonts
Use the fonts as-is, don’t edit them.

7. Use at your own risk
Jason Santa Maria Design isn’t responsible for any damages caused by installing our fonts.
